The con fast approaches; we're at 500 tickets sold (!) and things are really starting to get hectic here at Casa Del Kiwicon. A reminder about a number of important deadlines:

• High roller bids will close Friday 7th Oct; the top bidders will be contacted over the weekend. 
• Merchandise orders close 17th Oct. After this, there will be no more Hoodies, and only limited non-preorder tshirt sales at the con

Information about training will turn up over the next couple of days. 

If you're in Auckland, and havn't yet sorted transport, consider taking the Friday off, and joining Detonate's "Hackers on a Train" journey. Take the Overlander from AKL-WLG on Friday, and enjoy ten hours of scenery, railway pies, byo beers and of course, Deto's hirsute company. Chat him up on IRC for more details.
